ClearSuite

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ClearSuite handles information when you use ClearSuite Hub, ClearPDF, ClearWrite, ClearSheet, ClearSlides, related account and licensing services, and future optional ClearSuite cloud or AI features.

1. Who We Are

ClearSuite is an independent U.S.-based software company. ClearSuite is launching in the United States.

Contact: clearsuite.support@gmail.com

2. Information We Collect for Accounts and Licensing

ClearSuite may collect and store information reasonably necessary to provide account, trial, licensing, purchase, device-management, restore-purchase, security, and support functionality. This may include a ClearSuite account ID, Google account identifier, email address, trial status and timestamps, product entitlements, purchase-verification information, device registrations, and security or audit records.

ClearSuite uses Google Sign-In as the primary account method. Google may provide account identity information needed to sign you in and associate your ClearSuite account across supported devices.

3. Google Play Billing

Purchases made through Android are handled through Google Play Billing. ClearSuite does not receive or store your full payment-card number. ClearSuite may receive and retain purchase and verification information needed to confirm ownership, restore purchases, process refunds or revocations, prevent duplicate entitlements, and provide support.

4. Clear Productivity Trial and Lifetime Entitlements

Clear Productivity may include a seven-day full-feature trial. The trial is associated with the signed-in ClearSuite account so reinstalling an app, clearing app data, or changing devices does not restart the trial. ClearSuite stores trial status and timestamps for this purpose.

Lifetime product entitlements, including Clear Productivity ownership and future individually purchased apps, are stored with the ClearSuite account so supported apps can recognize and restore ownership across devices.

5. Device Registration and Limits

ClearSuite may register supported devices to enforce personal-device limits, restore ownership, help secure an account, and manage active devices. Device records may include an internal device identifier, device name, platform, first-seen and last-seen times, and active or removed status.

6. Your Documents and Local Processing

ClearSuite is designed to process and store user documents locally on the user's device whenever practical. Account, licensing, trial, purchase, and device-management services do not require ClearSuite to upload or store the contents of your PDFs, documents, spreadsheets, or presentations.

ClearSuite does not use private document contents for advertising. ClearSuite does not use private documents for AI model training without clear disclosure and any consent required by applicable law or the applicable service.

7. Future Optional Cloud and AI Features

ClearSuite may later offer optional cloud or AI features. If such features require document content or other information to be sent to a remote service, ClearSuite will provide clear disclosure appropriate to that feature and update this policy as needed. Optional AI/cloud subscriptions remain separate from lifetime productivity ownership.

8. Support and Feedback

If you submit feedback or request support, ClearSuite may receive information you choose to provide, such as your email address, app name, app version, device information, problem description, steps to reproduce, and an optional screenshot where supported.

ClearSuite does not automatically attach or upload your documents to support requests. Do not send sensitive or private documents unless ClearSuite support specifically requests them and you are comfortable providing them.

9. Advertising and Sale of Personal Information

ClearSuite does not include advertising as part of the planned launch model. ClearSuite does not sell personal information and does not use private document contents for behavioral advertising.

10. Data Retention and Security

ClearSuite retains account, licensing, transaction, device, security, and support information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, and transaction records. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect account and licensing data.

11. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your ClearSuite account and associated personal information. Account deletion does not automatically delete local files stored on your device. Certain limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for transaction records, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

Until automated in-app deletion is available, visit Account Deletion or email clearsuite.support@gmail.com.

12. Changes to This Policy

ClearSuite may update this policy as features, legal requirements, or service providers change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date shown on this page.
