These Terms of Use govern use of ClearSuite Hub and supported ClearSuite applications and services, including ClearPDF, ClearWrite, ClearSheet, and ClearSlides.
1. ClearSuite Account
Some ClearSuite features require a ClearSuite account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity performed through it.
2. Clear Productivity Lifetime License
Clear Productivity Lifetime is planned as a $29.99 one-time purchase that unlocks supported ClearPDF, ClearWrite, ClearSheet, and ClearSlides productivity functionality for the purchasing ClearSuite account, subject to these Terms and supported-device limits.
“Lifetime” means lifetime of the supported ClearSuite product/service and its continued availability on supported platforms. It does not guarantee operation for the literal lifetime of the purchaser, perpetual compatibility with every future device or operating system, or indefinite operation of third-party platforms outside ClearSuite's control.
3. Additional Lifetime Apps
ClearSuite may offer additional applications separately, including products planned at $6.99 one-time lifetime access. Product availability and pricing may change before purchase. A separately purchased lifetime app does not automatically include unrelated future products or services unless explicitly stated.
4. Optional AI and Cloud Services
ClearSuite may later offer optional monthly or annual AI or cloud subscriptions. Those services are separate from lifetime Clear Productivity ownership. Canceling an optional AI/cloud subscription does not cancel a valid lifetime product entitlement.
5. Free Trial
Clear Productivity may include a seven-day full-feature trial. No credit card is required to start the planned trial and no automatic productivity charge occurs when it ends. Trial eligibility is tied to the ClearSuite account and is not renewed by reinstalling an app, clearing app data, or changing devices.
6. Purchases Through Google Play
Android purchases are handled through Google Play. Purchase processing, payment methods, refunds, and certain transaction rules may also be subject to Google Play terms and policies. ClearSuite may verify purchases server-side before granting or restoring entitlements.
7. Your Files
You retain ownership of your own files and content. ClearSuite does not claim ownership merely because a file is opened, created, edited, converted, or exported using a ClearSuite application.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of important local files. Account deletion, device replacement, storage failure, operating-system changes, or uninstalling an application may affect files that exist only on your device.
8. Trial Expiration and Existing Files
After an unpaid Clear Productivity trial expires, ClearSuite's planned licensing model preserves access to existing local files for viewing and retrieval/export where practical, while creation, editing, and premium functionality may require purchase.
9. Software Updates and Compatibility
ClearSuite may update, modify, repair, replace, or discontinue features to maintain security, compatibility, legal compliance, or product quality. Continued compatibility with every device, file format, operating-system version, Google service, or third-party platform is not guaranteed.
10. Acceptable Use
You may not use ClearSuite to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, interfere with ClearSuite systems, bypass licensing or security controls, distribute malicious software, or misuse the service in a way that harms other users or ClearSuite.
11. Suspension or Account Termination
ClearSuite may restrict or terminate account access when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, material violation of these Terms, or abuse of ClearSuite services. Local files remain under the user's device control and are not automatically deleted merely because an account is terminated.
12. Warranty Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClearSuite software and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” ClearSuite does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or universally compatible operation.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClearSuite will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from use or inability to use ClearSuite, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
14. Changes to These Terms
ClearSuite may update these Terms as products, services, or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page.
